This open plan dining/kitchen/living area has cleverly incorporated a study nook which seamlessly blends in to this fresh modern home. Contemporary features such as the slab ends on the kitchen island bench, built in wine rack and feature pendant lighting adds interest to this space, together with the raked ceiling.

A clever use of space by the clients, which otherwise would have just been a thoroughfare, is this window seat that doubles as additional storage.

Feature tiles border all the way around the bathroom mirror. The cabinetry colours have been kept neutral so as not to compete with the tiles. Refer to further photos in the gallery below to see the real impact this design element has had.

An original design idea above is the openness of this ensuite to the master bedroom. The toilet and shower are hidden behind two wall hung vanity nib walls. The same floor tiles have been used to continue up the back wall of the ensuite to assist with the blending in of this wet area. Mirrors in this ensuite commence from the top of the vanity and extend all the way to ceiling height allowing for maximum light to filter around the room.

Dual tiled niches with aluminium trim added a special feature to this second bathroom.
